Raul Fernandez turned Aprilia’s Assen Saturday into Trackhouse’s statement result, winning the Dutch MotoGP sprint ahead of team-mate Ai Ogura.
The Trackhouse rider led a one-two for the American-run Aprilia squad after recovering from the qualifying frustration of losing a pole-contending lap to track limits. He hit the front on lap three and kept Ogura behind to complete a major sprint breakthrough.

Trackhouse Converts Aprilia Pace
The result followed MotoGP’s official confirmation that Aprilia had locked out the top four in qualifying, with Jorge Martin on pole from Ogura, Marco Bezzecchi and Fernandez.
Fernandez then made the cleanest use of that pace in race trim. Crash.net reported that he beat Ogura by 0.362s, while Fabio Di Giannantonio completed the podium for VR46 Ducati.
Title Pressure Shifts Again
Bezzecchi finished fourth, still enough to stretch his championship lead to nine points over Martin, who slipped to fifth after starting from pole. Marc Marquez was promoted to sixth after Francesco Bagnaia was penalised for touching the green at the final chicane.
For Trackhouse, the result lands as more than a Saturday trophy. After Ogura’s recent surge and Fernandez’s contract uncertainty, Assen has turned the satellite Aprilia team into the sharpest storyline of the Dutch GP weekend.
