Pasini takes narrow in in Argentina Moto2 race

Mattia Pasini has taken victory in Moto2 in Argentina, giving him a five point lead in the World Championship going into Austin.

The Italian took victory in the support class race, just beating out Xavi Vierge to take a hard-fought win.

Vierge started from pole, and looked to turn his starting spot into a win. Vierge was on Pasini’s tail until the final corner, but wasn’t able to pass the Italian and would have to settle for second place.
