Round seven of the FIA Formula E championship heads to the City of Light, a nickname which commonly refers to the French capital Paris.
Formula E heads to Paris for the first time with Lucas di Grassi leading the drivers’ championship by a single point over Sebastien Buemi after taking his second victory of the season at Long Beach.
Despite having the fastest package this season both Renault e.Dams drivers have underperformed and have consistently made errors at the crucial moments.
DS Virgin’s Sam Bird is an outside bet for the title, sitting in third place on 71 points. Dragon Racing’s Jerome d’Ambrosio is arguably the surprise of the season. The former F1 driver is fourth in the drivers’ championship, winning in Mexico.
The 1.93km 14-turn circuit runs through the city of Paris, past historic landmarks such as the Army Museum and the Tomb of Napoleon.
