Bagnaia tops FP3 session in Moto3

Improving conditions saw times fall down in the final free practice session for the Moto3 class. It would be Francesco Bagnaia who would take first, with the Italian looking to repeat his performance in Qualifying.

Jorge Martin ended the session in second, with Scot John McPhee finishing third. Andrea Locatelli and Aron Canet completed the top five, with the Italian and Spaniard fourth and fifth.

Fabio Quartararo was sixth, with Gabriel Rodrigo and Marcos Ramirez not far behind him in seventh and eighth. Hiroki Ono was ninth whilst 2016 Moto3 World Champion Brad Binder finished as the final rider inside the top ten.

With the weather conditions improving, times will obviously continue to tumble throughout the day. With the Moto3 riders not having a lot of dry time, it’ll be interesting to see how they perform.

Moto3 qualifying gets underway at 3:35 BST. You can follow all the action here on Read Motorsport.
