Enea Bastianini has taken pole in the Moto3 class at the Aragon Motorland circuit, as Brad Binder looks to clinch the Moto3 world championship.
The South African will have a difficult job, however, after qualifying down in seventh for tomorrow’s race. Championship rival Jorge Navarro qualified in second, so will prove a big obstacle for Binder. Bastianini will also prove to be a barrier for Binder, with the Italian still in the championship hunt.

Elsewhere, it was Livio Loi who ended the day in third. However, he will suffer a three-place grid penalty. This should elevate Gabriel Rodrigo to the front row, however, he also has a penalty, meaning fifth-placed Aron Canet will start from third tomorrow.
Behind them was Phillip Oettl, Binder, Fabio Quartararo and Hiroki Ono. Bo Bendsneyder will be the final rider inside the top ten.
The race at Aragon gets underway tomorrow at 10:00 BST
