Lewis Hamilton topped the final free practice session ahead of team-mate Valtteri Bottas.
FP3 ended with a red flag after Brendon Hartley collided with the wall at turn nine. The Toro Rosso driver clipped the grass on entry to the corner and span backwards into the wall. It severely damaged the rear of his car, with the gearbox and rear suspension dropping out of the back of the STR13 as marshals tried to recover it.
Hartley ended the session 17th overall, 2.1s off the pace and unlikely to make qualifying.

At the front of the order, Mercedes showed strong pace, with Hamilton and Bottas swapping P1 early in the session. The reigning champion ended FP3 on top, 0.013s faster than Bottas.
Sebastian Vettel closed the gap to the top of the order, a 1m17.604s putting him just two tenths of a second behind Hamilton, with Raikkonen finishing fourth.
Daniel Ricciardo managed P5 despite spinning at turn 13 late in the session.
Team-mate Max Verstappen only managed a handful of laps with an electrical glitch keeping him in the garage for the majority of the session. The Red Bull driver pressed the overtake button when he launched, causing a button failure. He ended the morning 12th quickest.
Haas were best of the rest, with Kevin Magnussen beating Romain Grosjean by 0.4s.
Carlos Sainz, Fernando Alonso, and Brendon Hartley rounded out the top 10.
Nico Hulkenberg told his mechanics he was happy with Renault’s overnight progress but it was late in the session before he set his first timed lap of the day. With limited running, he finished 11th quickest.
Esteban Ocon, Stoffel Vandoorne, Charles Leclerc and Sergio Perez finished P13 through to P16.
Marcus Ericsson took P18 ahead of the two Williams, who suffered another disappointing session. Lance Stroll, who had a brief trip through the gravel, finished ahead of Sergey Sirotkin, with Sirotkin only managing to take part in the second half of the session.
