Ferrari president Sergio Marchionne fully expects the team to bounce back from a nightmare end to the British Grand Prix.
Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel were running second and fourth respectively when both suffered tyre failures in the dying stages.
Raikkonen salvaged a podium but championship leader Vettel fell to seventh and saw his advantage over Lewis Hamilton slashed to a solitary point.
Ferrari has now won just one of the last seven races, and rivals Mercedes seem to possess a clear pace advantage.
Marchionne, though, assured the team in a speech at Maranello that it will soon return to the top step of the podium.
“I know you are the same team from Monte Carlo [the team’s most recent victory] and the start of the season,” he said.

“We cannot mourn this negative result but instead I expect an immediate reaction.
“We have always known our opponent was very strong and dominant for years but I am convinced we will get back where we were.”
Hamilton too is wary of a Ferrari fight back and expects his intense battle with Vettel to continue.
“I think it’s difficult to ever say it’s a turning point,” Hamilton said after Sunday’s race at Silverstone. “I think ultimately there’s constantly turns.
“Obviously the pendulum swung a little bit this weekend and I think that’s only good for Formula 1, it’s only good for the fans, probably super-exciting for them to see the close battle that we’re continuing to have.”
“Without a doubt we hope it stays the way that it’s swung this time but, as you know, a pendulum swings.
“We’re just hoping that we can be on our toes to react to whatever is thrown at us in the next races.”
