When Formula One arrives in Brazil each season it is met by crowds of expressive fans who make it stand out against all others.
Having said that, I think yesterday’s race stands out not because of the fans but because of the two red flags and numerous safety cars that were deployed during the race.
The track was very busy but all eyes were on Max Verstappen as he gave what I think was the best drive of his career thus far. For this reason, Max Verstappen is once again my star driver. It’s been a few races since Max stole the show for me but yesterday he was unstoppable!

The track was drenched causing drivers to spin off. Controlling a race car at such high speeds on a wet track can be very challenging to say the least. Despite any hold backs Verstappen may have encountered he managed to push his way into third position after storming his way from 16th after a pit stop. He achieved all of this in just 16 laps.

Having impressed spectators across the world, Max Verstappen may have just earned himself even more fans than he already had! I hope we get to see him drive like that in the final race of the season, Abu Dhabi.
Congratulations on a frankly stunning race, Max! I can’t wait to see where a driving style like that will take you!
