Who is the greatest McLaren driver of all time?

Ferrari aside, there is no greater name in Formula One than McLaren.

With nearly 800 races, eight Constructors’ Championships and 12 Drivers’ Championships to their name, McLaren are the second most successful and experienced team of all time.

Not only have they produced some of the finest racing machines, but they have also nurtured some of the greatest drivers to ever race in F1.

From quadruple world champion Alain Prost to reigning triple world champion Lewis Hamilton, there are few greats of the sport that have not raced for or competed against the British team.

They dominated the sport for most of the 1980s and won championships throughout the 1990s and in 2008. After their reunion with Honda, it won’t be long before McLaren are ruling F1 again.

Stoffel Vandoorne, who will race for McLaren alongside Fernando Alonso in 2017, is strongly tipped to become McLaren’s next racing legend, but who is the greatest McLaren driver of all time?
