Brad Hollinger joins Williams as Non-Executive Director

Williams Grand Prix Holdings PLC have announced that Brad Hollinger will join their Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director.

He becomes the third Non-Executive Director at the company, alongside Nick Rose and Eddie Charlton, for a term of three years.

The PLC is the holding company that oversees both the Williams Martini Racing race team as well as the Williams Advanced Engineering and other work outside of Formula One.

Hollinger is known for being the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vibra Healthcare, an American specialty hospital based in Pennsylvania, as well as being the founder and CEO of The Hollinger Group, a senior care company.

He has also previously co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Balanced Care Corporation and as chief development officer and executive vice president of the contract services group of Continental Medical Systems.

He has held shares in Williams since 2014 and has recently extended his shareholding to 15% after buying shares from Mercedes’ Head of Motorsport Toto Wolff.

“I’m honoured to be appointed to the Board of one of the world’s legendary motorsport teams,” said Hollinger. “I have tremendous faith in the potential of this business – both as a competitive Formula One team and diversified Advanced Engineering Business.

“It is for this reason that I have invested in Williams over the past two years. I look forward to working with my colleagues on the Board to continue growing Williams and help the business fulfil its potential both on and off the race track.”

Mike O’Driscoll, Group Chief Executive Officer, said: “Brad is extremely knowledgeable about Formula One and as a long-time fan of Williams has a tremendous passion for our team. His appointment adds to what is a very strong team of Non-Executive Directors who provide the company and our shareholders with the highest standards of leadership and governance.”
