Jorge Navarro set the fastest lap of the weekend so far in Moto3 in unpredictable conditions. Though the sun started to break through as the chequered flag dropped on FP3, the session was overcast with the barest hints of rain in the air.
Although spots of rain were visible, the track remained dry as riders prepped their qualifying setups ready for this afternoon. Despite being a lot cooler on track than Friday, Navarro was able to better his time set yesterday by more than four tenths of a second.
With the fastest lap of 2:16.121, Navarro was one of only three of the top 10 to better their Friday time, and so overall most times stand from yesterday. On combined times, fastest from Friday Fabio Quartararo is second overall.
Romano Fenati was first to dip into the 2:16s today. Although he is third overall on his time from yesterday, he was the only rider able to consistently set high 2:16s so looks like a threat for the race.

Niccolo Antonelli is fourth fastest and Enea Bastianini fifth, both with their times from Friday. Livio Loi was one of the few front runners to improve and finishes sixth overall.
On a difficult track to learn, rookies Nicolo Bulega and Aron Canet have adapted to the circuit well. They are seventh and eighth respectively, with Francesco Bagnaia in ninth. Biggest improver, however, is Bo Bendsneyder who slaughtered his time from Friday by 1.4 seconds and elevated himself from 22nd to 10th.
Although he had been flying for much of the session, Philipp Oettl finishes 11th overall, with Jakub Kornfeil in 12th and Juanfran Guevara in 13th. Though he improved on his time from Friday, Brad Binder remains in 14th. Another rider who improved is Andrea Locatelli, and though he was flying towards the end of the session he crashed just before he took the chequered flag. He was able to walk away.
Hiroki Ono also suffered a heavy crash in the quick turn five. Although he was up and on his feet, he did need assistance from the marshals and looked to be in some pain.
The rear of the field saw the most improvements on their Friday times. However, John McPhee remains in 25th on his time set yesterday.
