Schumacher health ‘not good’ – Montezemolo

Former Ferrari Chairman Luca di Montezemolo, has said that Michael Schumacher’s health is not good.

The seven-time Formula One World Champion suffered a skiing accident back in December 2013 and is still receiving intensive treatment at his home in Switzerland.

News regarding the German’s health has been kept quiet, but Montezemolo revealed that he is not in a good condition.

“I have news and unfortunately it is not good,” he said.

“Life is strange. He was a fantastic driver and only had one accident with Ferrari in 1999.”

No further details regarding Schumacher’s health have been released but the sporting world will continue to hope he makes a swift recovery.

It has been over two years since his accident, with Pope Francis also offering his prayers to the 47-year-old last month.
