Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One team were crowned Constructor’s Champions for the second year in succession at Sochi. The team continued their dominance from 2014 and have taken 12 out of 15 victories so far including eight 1-2 finishes. Their drivers have secured pole position at every race except Singapore and have led an impressive 77% of all racing laps this year.
Most significant of all is that Mercedes have increased their performance advantage over the field this year to a level higher than what they enjoyed last season.
