All three come with a long list of F1 experience with teams such as Marussia, McLaren, Jordan, Toro Rosso, Jaguar, Red Bull, Renault, Tyrrell, and Scuderia Ferrari. This is quite possibly the most experienced team, in terms of F1 experience, to ever lead an American entry into the world of F1, especially in contrast to the failed effort of US F1 in 2010.
When asked about Haas F1, Gene Haas has been very quick to always mention his close partnership with Scuderia Ferrari. The addition of Ben Agathangelou may be the best indication yet of how close this partnership really is. Agathangelou has come directly from Ferrari to Haas where he was working on the wind tunnel upgrade at Maranello. Haas F1 has been clear to note Agathangelou works full-time for them. However, a new hire, direct from Maranello, may be the first definitive indication that Haas F1 will be a junior Ferrari team, analagous to Toro Rosso to Red Bull.
