Driver Ratings: 2016 British Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton made it four British Grand Prix victories with a dominant showing at Silverstone on Sunday afternoon.

After storming to pole position on Saturday, Hamilton controlled the race from the front in conditions he excels in to win ahead of Red Bull’s Max Verstappen after Mercedes’ Nico Rosberg was hit with a 10-second penalty after his team broke radio restriction rules.

The other Red Bull of Daniel Ricciardo came home a distant fourth ahead of Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen, who passed Force India’s Sergio Perez for fifth late on.

Nico Hulkenberg, Carlos Sainz, Sebastian Vettel and Daniil Kvyat rounded out the points paying positions.

Both Williams’ had a day to forget as both Felipe Massa and Valtteri Bottas finishing outside the points.

Going into Hungary, Hamilton is now only one point behind Rosberg at the top of the Drivers’ Championship.
