# Miller to remain with Marc VDS in 2017

MotoGP’s most recent race winner Jack Miller will remain with the Marc VDS Honda team in 2017.

Miller joined the premier class of motorcycle racing at the start of 2015 after agreeing a three-year deal with Honda. The Australian spent his rookie season in MotoGP riding for LCR but switching to Marc VDS for 2016.

Miller had struggled for form and languished in 20th in the riders’ championship before taking his maiden MotoGP victory at Assen.

“I have really found a home inside that team and I am delighted to be staying with them for 2017 as well,” said Miller.

“I think they also really like me and everything seems to be really good. I am in a happy place.

“It is a team where they really enjoy my personality; they are a special kind of team.

“They are so open and just want to help me in every aspect of racing, it’s great.”

Tito Rabat is expected to remain alongside Miller for next season despite struggling for form in recent races.
