Kamui captured the hearts of many Formula One fans with his brilliant overtake on championship leader Jenson Button on his F1 debut at the 2009 Brazilian GP and his fan base continued to grow as he asserted himself as one of the best midfield drivers around.
The man who raced for Toyota, Sauber and Caterham turns 29 today. To celebrate we will be counting down our favourite F1 races where Kobayashi showed his electric speed and outstanding overtaking ability.
