# Hilmer Motorsport to run one car in Belgium

Hilmer Motorsport are set to only run one car at this weekend’s GP2 event at Spa-Francorchamps.

Nick Yelloly will carry the hopes of the team this weekend while the number 25 car driven by Cecotto, Trummer Lancaster and Canamasas in previous events, will not be running this weekend.

The reason for this is unclear, one possible reason could be down to their financial woes which forced them to pull out of GP3 last winter after just one season.

However, the most likely reason could be the simple fact that they have not been able to find a second driver that has been able to bring enough money to the table for this round.

Their second driver at the last event at Hungary was Sergio Canamasas who has huge financial backing behind him. However, he has taken substantial financial backing to Lazarus in exchange for a drive to the end of the 2015 season, leaving Hilmer no choice but to lay their hopes of returning to the points solely on the shoulders of Nick Yelloly this weekend.
