Sebastian Vettel qualified in 3rd place for the Monaco GP, but says Ferrari couldn’t get the most out of the car.

“Generally happy with the result, but yeah, I think it was a bit too cool for us today” said the 4 times champion.

“I think everyone was struggling a little bit with warming up the tyres”. Most drivers drove two warm-up laps before setting a competitive time. “A little bit surprising because of the supersoft”.

Vettel had a much smoother qualifying than his team mate. Kimi ended up behind the two Red Bulls in P6.

“Nevertheless it was a good session for us and P3 is a good place to start from tomorrow and hopefully we can split the Mercedes'”.
