Mercedes use all engine tokens for Monza

Mercedes have used all of their remaining tokens to upgrade their power unit according to Motorsport.com

Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton will switch to their third power unit of the season at Monza, in which they will use the new and updated power unit.

Their nearest rivals, Ferrari have also used some of their engine tokens ahead of the Italian Grand Prix at Monza.

The move is aimed at giving Mercedes a head start of developing their 2016 power unit. By introducing the changes now, it will also it to test new products from fuel supplier Petronas.

Mercedes customers Williams, Force India and Lotus will not have access to the new and updated power unit at Monza but may get access to it later in the season.

Mercedes now have zero tokens remaining while Honda have four, Renault have yet to use any this season thus have 12 left while Ferrari have 10.
